The Tarot Scientist The Tarot Scientist The Tarot Scientist ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through thetarotscientist.com and the Signs from the Universe quiz, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.
If you complete the quiz and choose to see your result, we collect the email address (and first name, if you give one) you enter on that screen, along with your quiz answers. We do not collect this information until you submit that form.
If you register for a class, book a session, or purchase another offering from us, we (or our payment processor) collect the billing and contact information needed to complete that transaction.
We use your email, name, and quiz result to send you your personalized result report and related emails through our email provider, Kit (formerly ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the link included in every message.
If you register for a class, session, or other offering, we use your information to deliver that offering, communicate with you about it, and process payment.
This site does not use cookies or browser storage to track you. Your IP address is used only transiently, in server memory, to limit abuse of the quiz submission system. It is not logged or stored.

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide the services above, or as required by law. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from active use within a reasonable time, except where we need to keep limited records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
If you would like your personal information deleted or corrected, please email us using the contact information below. We do not sell your personal information.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including relying on the security practices of the providers listed above. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in the United States. The services we use may store and process information on servers located in the United States or other countries. By using this site, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in those locations.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent changes. Continuing to use this site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
